These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Richmorgan website, the RESL Engineering Platform (REEP), and any other websites, applications, software products, portals, or digital services owned or operated by Richmorgan Engineering Services Limited.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our services.

These Terms apply to:

• The Richmorgan website
• REEP (RESL Engineering Platform)
• Mobile applications developed by Richmorgan
• Web applications developed by Richmorgan
• Customer and partner portals
• Digital platforms, systems, and software services operated by Richmorgan

  1. Eligibility

You must be legally authorized to use our services.

Where access is provided on behalf of an employer, client, contractor, or partner organization, you represent that you have the necessary authority to access and use the service on behalf of that organization.

Users are responsible for:

Use of third-party authentication services remains subject to the terms and policies of the respective provider.

Users agree to use Richmorgan services responsibly and lawfully.

• HSEQ records
• Employee records
• Financial and commercial records

Users acknowledge that such information may be processed as necessary for legitimate business operations.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights relating to Richmorgan services remain the property of Richmorgan Engineering Services Limited or its licensors.

This includes:

• Source code
• Databases
• Documentation
• Graphics
• Logos
• Branding
• Designs
• Text content
• System architecture

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of intellectual property to users.

Users may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, reproduce, or create derivative works from Richmorgan systems without prior written authorization.
